What are your prices for consultations?

Prices depend on the length of time of the visit. To establish care, the new patient fee for a comprehensive 60 minute consult is $325.

Do you take insurance?

The clinic does not accept insurance for office visits, though insurance can be used to cover the cost of labs for most patients and to cover typical pharmaceutical medications.

Can I use my FSA / HSA funds?

Yes, absolutely!

Can you prescribe medications?

Yes, but only in the state of Arizona.
